BESTPAY PAYROLL SYSTEM VERSION 5.1

 

INTRODUCTION
Bestpay Payroll System is one of the most comprehensive, easy-to-use payroll system designed to assist and increase the productivity level of the Personnel department.
It is a very flexible and versatile system catering for the needs of the local industries and gives you complete control over your company payroll with very minimal training time. Install, train and use in a matter of hours, that’s how easy it is.
Most functions that were manually executed has been automated, thus allowing more time for other precious activities. No more forms to type, just download data onto diskette for onward transmission to the respective statutory departments.

Features

- Caters for Piece-Rated, Hourly, Daily, Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly Basic Salary pay.
- Salary payment can be make any time of the month; not necessarily end of the month or middle of the month. The net amount of salary can be make by cash, cheques or single/multiple banks.
- User defined allowances or deductions with option to deduct EPF, SOCSO or Income Tax.
- Computation of EPF, SOCSO and Income Tax is easy as clicking a button.
- Create unlimited number of allowances / deductions.
- Create unlimited number of Users, Employees and Department.
- User defined overtime, Shift, Leave, Claim, Commission, Bonus and other rates.
- Bonus payout can be based on individual employee rate or a flatrate for the whole company.
- Pro-rated salary for incomplete period of service.
- User defined payroll with option to run Windows VISTA/ XP / ME / 98
- No Year end or month end closing, you even can easily trace back more than 10 years data.
- On-line help is provided for easier and faster reference. A comprehensive user guide is also provided.

Security

- Every user is given access rights to specific functions.
- Enables the System Administrator to monitor the security of the system and to prevent unauthorized access to confidential information.
-Backup or Restore data to or from diskette.
